When can the video call be scheduled for?
I am located in EST / UTC-5. I generally take calls on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 10 am - 12 pm Eastern and 2 pm - 4 pm Eastern Time.
How does the email support work?
If you book your call on a Tuesday, you will have email support until the following Tuesday. Email access includes 5 business days in total. Please allow 24 hours for a response. My business hours are Mon-Fri 10am - 5 pm, so you can expect replies during that timeframe.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds, so please review the sales page carefully prior to booking.

In case you need to make a change to your appointment, I require 24 hours notice. If you cancel without 24 hours' notice, your session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. (Exceptions may be made in case of emergency, but this is up to Sonia's discretion.)

Rescheduling Policy: I require 24 hours' notice in order to cancel or reschedule your call. You have one opportunity for rescheduling.

Late/No-Show Policy: I will wait 10 minutes for you to join our session. If you do not show up after 10 minutes, the call will be considered a no-show and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
